RETURN POLICY
We hope everyone is happy with what they have order. If you are not completely satisfied, please read the policy below for more information on your order. REFUND

A full refund with return shipping cost credit will be issue if the item order is defective/damaged/materially different. * If the item is materially different, item(s) sent back must be in its original condition in order to receive a full refund. * If item becomes defected after 7 days, most electronic items should come with manufacture warranty. Buyer should then file a warranty claim thru the manufacturer. ** If the item(s) return is not defective/damaged but is in its original shipped condition then only shipping will be charge.** If the item(s) return is not defective/damaged/materially different and is not in its original condition a restocking fee of 12% plus all shipment fee will be charge. *** For sold as Used/Open/As Is and not materially different or defective item, return are not accepted. ***
EXCHANGE

If the item(s) is defective/damaged/materially different, an exchange for the correct item can be request in within 12 business days after order receive. Upon availability, it will be ship immediately. * If item is materially different, it must be return in its original condition. * Return shipping label or return shipping credit will be available to buyer.
CANCEL ORDER

If order was cancel before shipped, you will not be charge anything. * For order cancel after shipped, then buyer must return the item first before refund get issue. The shipping cost for the order will not be refund unless the amount is less than $3.* All refund will be process after seller confirms the return.
